Shipping and Returns


Most orders are shipped directly from our manufacturers, and will ship the next business day. Our manufacturers have warehouses all over the US, so most orders will be received in 4-5 business days at most. Motors will either ship via FedEx or UPS ground, unless otherwise specified. We can also expedite shipping, if needed. If you contact us before 2 pm Eastern time, we can usually get your order out the same day, but there is no guarantee unless you are paying for expedited shipping. Orders placed after 2 pm Eastern will ship the next business day. If you’ve read our about us page, you know that we are a small company that has been in business for over 40 years. Because we are small, and do not handle all of the shipping directly, things can come up that are out of our control. We try to under promise and over deliver, but if you have had a delay in getting something from us, please let us know and give us a chance to make it right.


ASAP Electric Motors will only accept returns that have been pre-approved. All returned goods must be in new condition and in the original packaging. If you installed the motor and hooked it up, it’s no longer new, so please double and triple check before you connect anything. Before returning the motor, you must have an RGA from us. All return shipping charges are your responsibility, and a 20-30% restocking fee will apply depending on the manufacturer. However, if the issue was our fault, we will not charge restocking fees, and will pay for the return shipping.
